RoundKeep keeps your records on your device by default. Cloud sync is an opt-in switch — iCloud on iOS, Firebase on Android — and a full export to HTML, CSV, or PDF is one tap away whenever you need it.
Export to anything
Three formats, each suited to a different job:
- HTML — opens in any browser. Styled tables. Send to an insurance adjuster, save to a hard drive, print and file.
- CSV — opens in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets. Pivot, sort, run your own analysis.
- PDF — read-only, easy to share or archive.
Covers your firearms, ammunition, practice history (with firearm and ammo line items), maintenance records, and maintenance schedules. Each section is versioned and can evolve without breaking the others.
Imports don't destroy
If you reinstall the app or move to a new device, you can import a backup without losing what's already there. Existing records are skipped, not overwritten. Original IDs are preserved so links between firearms, ammo, and practice entries still resolve. Old backup formats are still readable, so your archive from a year ago still works.
Why this is the design
Your records sit on your phone. Cloud sync is opt-in. Exports happen on your tap, in formats you can hand to anyone — or no one. No account with us, no telemetry on your collection.
